The most convenient stops are at Leinster Terrace on Bayswater Road, Lancaster Gate or Paddington Station. Walk from there.

Travel by Vehicles (Taxi, Car, Motorcycle, or Bicycle)

For travel by Taxi, drivers will know "Craven Hill Gardens" as a destination.

For travel by Car or Motorcycle, approach the area on the main arteries (being the Westway, Edgware Road or Bayswater Road)Taxi cab in Craven Hill Gardens then proceed up through Craven Hill or Leinster Terrace. Because of local oneway and turn restrictions, it is advisable to use a trip planner or a navigation system. The area is within the London Congestion Charging zone.

For travel by Bicycle, be aware that the lack of dedicated cycle lanes in the area can make for a perilous journey, although there are cycle paths across Hyde Park.

There is a motorcycle stand on the south-west corner of Craven Hill and Craven Hill Gardens, opposite the Comfort Inn. There are no dedicated bicycle stands nearby. The area is subject to many parking restrictions which are enforced by roving officers, so check restrictions thoroughly before parking any vehicles. The nearest car park is at the southern end of Queensway opposite Queensway Station. Many hotels do not have dedicated vehicle parking and charge if they do.

Travel by Foot

For travel by Foot, there are many pleasant routes. The area is full of classic architecture, green spaces, lots of pavement, crossings and helpful people to offer directions (even if many of them are visitors and don't know themselves).
